Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (1–3 business days)

Orders placed before 2 PM CST usually ship the same day.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Abovparr is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing:

  • Contact USPS or UPS directly

  • File a claim using your tracking info

  • Then email us with your claim number—we’ll do our best to help


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has shipped, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
