Hemp Product Compliance

All of our products are derived from hemp in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. This means they contain less than 0.3% Ξ”9-THC on a dry-weight basis. However, it is your responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing. We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your state or city.

Use of Products

Our products are intended for wellness use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a medical professional before trying hemp-derived products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.


🚚 Shipping Policy

We proudly ship throughout the United States, in accordance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill and all applicable laws.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • We offer expedited shipping at checkout when available.

Shipping Restrictions

While our hemp products are federally legal, some states may impose local restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be legally shipped.

We do not ship to:

  • Idaho

  • South Dakota

  • Nebraska

  • Any jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are prohibited.

Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Abovparr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.


🚫 Returns & Refunds Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unopened and in original condition

  • Must provide photos of the product and packaging

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. For stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or filing a police report. We’re happy to assist with claims where possible.
